  • Can we offer custom tours
We can book all tours, just email us the details Contact Us
 
  • Are entrance fees included on tours
    Entrance fees are extra, they are paid by you directly on entering the site

     

  • Can i pay for my Airport Transfer or Tour fully in advance?
              Yes all payments can be made in advance, just message Contact Us
     
  • Can i cancel by booking after its confirmed?
          All cancellation will need to be done 72hours advance via email deposit will be lost
  • I need transportation for a multi-day trip?
    Book Multi-Day trips with Bohol Transfers and get a discount

     

  • Are Refreshments offered on the tour?
    With every booking we will include free bottled water one per 

     passenger, our are always happy to stop should you need drinks & snacks
     

  • What's included on the tour?
    Hotel Pick-up and Drop-off, Free bottle water per passenger, full tour not including entrance fee. Our Drivers are always happy to stop for a quick photo

     

  • Airport / Seaport Transfers
        Your driver will always be waiting with a sign displacing your time on arrival

Confirmation / Booking 

  • When will i get my booking confirmation?
          All booking confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of booking
 
  • How much notice is needed for a booking
We can take booking 12 months in advance or as little as 2 hours before pick-up

  • Will i need to reconfirm my booking?
          No, we will email you prior to your arrival and confirm the drivers name and number

  • Can i change by booking after its confirmed?
          Yes all changed must be done 72 hours in advance of pick-up time, Contact Us

  • Can i cancel my booking after its confirmed?
          100% Cancellable, you will forfeit the deposit and no refund given Contact Us
